Sex coaching is when an individual helps couples or singles resolve any problem or issue, bring inspiration, or answer questions regarding sex, intimacy or relationships.

Sexual Health Education has been something I've been involved with since high school. I mentored in my home state with a local teen outreach program, taught in the 14 different school districts in my county, I went to State sponsored committees with this group talking to teachers and other faculty of how to approach the topic of sex and sex education with people in my age group.

I've lived in different cultural climates, but the stigmatization of Sexual health is prevalent regardless of where one lives. Sex is natural. It doesn't have to be this unobtainable goal, it can be beautiful in so many different ways to create a sense of intimacy between partners. Everyone deserves to be educated, have fun, be comfortable, have an orgasm (or two), and enjoy themselves.

Anyone. Everyone. Sex coaching is not only for those who feel they may have issues in the bedroom. Some may feel the need for new tools for intimacy with their partner, a way to reconnect, a new experience to fan the flames of desire. Others may see Coaching sessions as a way to open the flow of communication and bring new ideas to light in a judgement free safe zone.

An array of things can happen, I'll answer questions you may have, we talk about topics of interest for you. I may bring out education aids such as books, or anatomy tools to teach you and open your mind to new horizons for your own sex life.

In a couples session, I will speak with each party separately before bringing them together to talk about different areas they brought up in the one-on-one time. From there we'll address those topics an any more that come out along the way. 

Confidentiality is of utmost importance. I will not be sharing any information outside of our sessions, as your life is that; YOURS.
